Dolorem Meum Admiratio
She outshone the heavens, and he forgot you can’t hold what you’ve placed above you.

Every time I look at you
Every time I breathe in your air
I am reminded
How you shine warmer than the sun
How your glow puts stars to shame
How your elegance triumphs the moon
Every glance I send your way I witness the heavens itself attempting to shy away
But at the end of the day I hide myself in my cold embrace
For I worship you like God
Forgetting, you cannot love from a pedestal.
